Hotel Sales Manager
A prestigious hotel in Balzers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
