Office Assistant - Faisalabad, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional attitude with good time management skills
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
