Office Assistant - Faisalabad
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. This position offers a salary of 1100$, along with accommodation, free visa and ticket. We are looking for someone who can start immediately as this is an urgent job opening.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This includes managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other office duties as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.
Key Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department

- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with general office duties as needed
