We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claim Adjuster to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating insurance claims and determining the appropriate amount of coverage to be provided to policyholders. Your expertise in assessing damages and negotiating settlements will be crucial in ensuring fair and timely resolutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance claims and determine coverage based on policy terms
- Collect and analyze information from various sources, such as interviews, reports, and photos, to assess damages
- Conduct investigations to verify the validity of claims
- Prepare detailed reports outlining the findings of your investigations
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as an Insurance Claim Adjuster or similar role
- Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claim procedures
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month. This position is suitable for both men and women.
