A reputable restaurant in Ufa, Russia is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes for our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Indian cuisine and has a strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency in all dishes served
- Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and dietary restrictions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with kitchen staff and communicate with customers about menu options
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of dishes
- Knowledge of Russian language is preferred but not required
