Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager for our company in Muscat. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and previous experience in a similar role. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor office budgets and expenses
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Handle any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
