Office Manager
We are in search of an experienced and reliable Office Manager to join our team in Muscat. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing administrative staff and maintaining a positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and employee management
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage administrative staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees
- Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Plan and organize company events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
We welcome applicants from Egypt or any foreign country with a valid biometric passport. English language proficiency is not required for this position, however it would be considered a plus. We offer a salary of 1500$ per month.
