Temporary Restaurant Manager (Bergen, Norway)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Bergen, Norway. This is a temporary role with a duration of 3 months, starting immediately.

As the Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Create schedules for staff members based on business needs
- Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for increasing profits

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1100 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the 3-month contract.
