Teamlead - Faroe Islands



As a Teamlead in the beautiful Faroe Islands, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team to achieve company goals. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing team performance, setting and monitoring targets, and providing guidance and support to team members. We are looking for an experienced leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented individuals by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary support or coaching to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies that align with company objectives.
- Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for growth or development.
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Faroese is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
- Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs/targets for teams.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello) is preferred.
