Project Manager - Construction


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Vianden. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising various construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations.
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, clients, etc.
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6.

Salary: 1400$
Location: Vianden
Nationality/Visa: This position is open to all nationalities. Applicants must have their own valid work visa for Luxembourg.

Note: This is a full-time position without accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply if they meet the experience requirement. English fluency is required for this role.
