Foundry Foreman

As a Foundry Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process in our foundry located in Pula. Your main duties will include supervising and training staff, ensuring quality control of products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will also be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to meet production deadlines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in foundry operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This full-time position offers a salary of 1300$ per month and is suitable for male candidates with Indian nationality. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members.
