We are currently hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site inspections, creating preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects. You will also collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all work is done according to preservation standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of historical architecture styles and techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for preserving cultural heritage. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles and techniques
- Familiarity with preservation regulations and guidelines
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to assess the condition of historic buildings
- Create preservation plans that comply with regulations and guidelines
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish
