Architectural Technologist


Our Architecture firm in Beer-Sheva is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process, working closely with architects to create innovative and practical building designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of design proposals
- Ensure all drawings and documents comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals to resolve technical issues during the construction phase
- Use your knowledge of construction materials and methods to assist in cost estimation and project scheduling
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and building materials to continuously improve our designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to manage individual tasks efficiently

Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Visa sponsorship may be available for international candidates.
