Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Beer-Sheva is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural technology and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for projects
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts
- Review and assess building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations for compliance
- Prepare construction documents including plans, elevations, and sections
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors regarding project details and specifications
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position from Monday-Friday. Accommodation is not provided but assistance can be given in finding suitable housing. Non-native English speakers are welcome to apply but must have a high level of proficiency in English.
