We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Akron. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively in retail stores. This position is suitable for men without previous experience and no English language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with retail store managers to secure optimal product placement and displays
- Create eye-catching product displays to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Conduct store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor products to make recommendations for improving our own merchandising approach

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Must be physically fit as the job may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language proficiency preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in retail or merchandising is a plus but not required
