Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to established plans and specifications
- Perform on-site measurements and calculations to ensure accurate placement of panels
- Connect panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and grounding
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary: 1600$ per month
