Solar Installer
As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties in Eschen. Your main duties will include assembling and installing solar panels on roofs or other structures, connecting panels to electrical components, and ensuring the proper functioning of the system. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and providing regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of solar panel technology and be able to read technical diagrams and blueprints. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A high level of physical fitness is also required as the job involves working at heights and lifting heavy equipment.

This position is suitable for both men and women who are physically fit and have a passion for renewable energy. While previous experience in solar installation is preferred, we are willing to provide training to candidates who show potential. This role also offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to technical diagrams and blueprints
- Connect panels to electrical components, such as inverters, charge controllers, and batteries
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular maintenance on solar panel systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in solar installation is preferred
- Strong understanding of solar panel technology and electrical components
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fluent English language skills; German language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in solar installation is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. In addition, we provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
