Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations in our fine dining restaurant located in Eschen. You will manage a team of culinary professionals and ensure that our high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met. Your creativity and passion for culinary excellence will be reflected in the unique and innovative dishes you develop and introduce to our menus. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, managing inventory, and controlling food costs. As a leader in the kitchen, you will set an example for your team by maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on creativity and innovation
- Proven track record of maintaining high food quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Salary: $1500 per month
