Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of various projects while ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects from concept to completion
- Ensure all projects meet client requirements, budget constraints, and building codes
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers on the team
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and progress updates to clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Mauren
