Head Chef



We are searching for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, as well as a strong leadership ability to guide and inspire our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our target audience
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food safety standards, cooking techniques, and recipe execution
- Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients are maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with health standards
- Create new dishes or modify existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting for customers
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into our menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create unique flavor profiles while also adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with front-of-house staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to train others on proper procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalee or Nepali languages is a plus

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position. Benefits include health insurance coverage.
