Call Center Representative - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
- Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues by following company protocols and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service at all times to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and targets
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Fluency in Nepali is preferred, but not required. Fluency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
