Online Consultant for Malayalees and Nepali in Izhevsk, Russia


We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to provide support and assistance to our Malayalee and Nepali clients in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels to address inquiries and provide solutions
- Assist clients with product or service information
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if needed
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in customer service processes

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam or Nepali (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or online support preferred
- Comfortable using various online platforms and tools for communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Izhevsk, Russia. However, due to the nature of the job being remote, candidates from anywhere can apply.

Accommodation:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements in Izhevsk.
