Senior Architect


We are searching for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and specifications. You should have excellent technical skills and be able to lead a team of architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to plans and specifications
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review and approve materials, equipment, and contractor bids for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1100 per month
