Information Security Analyst



We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Vianden. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures to protect our company's data and systems from cyber threats. You will also conduct regular risk assessments, monitor network activity, and recommend security enhancements. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience with network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. This position is open to Indian nationals with their own visa and is suitable for both men and women.

As an Information Security Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures to protect company data and systems
- Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Monitoring network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access
- Investigating security breaches and providing incident response as needed
- Recommending security enhancements based on industry best practices
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats
- Collaborating with IT teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Providing training to employees on cybersecurity awareness

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security or related field
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS)
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Experience with SIEM (Security Information & Event Management) tools preferred
- Knowledge of encryption technologies such as SSL/TLS
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR or HIPAA
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly
- Proven track record of successfully implementing security measures in a corporate environment

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg
