Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect in Beer-Sheva, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and budget, and then develop designs that align with their vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and safety of designs
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess the quality of work and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Beer-Sheva is preferred
