Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine
We are in search of a talented and passionate Executive Chef who specializes in Pakistani cuisine. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-end restaurants or hotels, creating and executing innovative menus that showcase the best of Pakistani cuisine. They must have a strong knowledge of traditional spices, techniques, and recipes used in Pakistani cooking, as well as the ability to modernize and elevate these dishes. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing a team of cooks and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. They must have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both kitchen staff and management.
This is a full-time position located in Utena, with a salary of $1600 per month. We welcome applicants from all over the world, but fluency in English is required for this role. As an added bonus, we can provide assistance with obtaining a work visa for non-Pakistani candidates.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for Pakistani cuisine and a willingness to learn. This position does not include accommodation, so applicants must be able to secure their own housing in Utena.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and flavorful menus featuring traditional Pakistani dishes
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including sourcing ingredients, prepping, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain proper food cost control
- Keep up-to-date with food trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and special events
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani cuisine, including traditional spices, techniques, and recipes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with kitchen staff and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with team and customers
- Must be able to obtain a work visa (assistance provided for non-Pakistani candidates)
- Culinary or hospitality education is preferred but not required
