English Speaking Moderator for Online Community (Contract, Washington)


We are a rapidly growing online community seeking an English speaking moderator to join our team on a contract basis. As a moderator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online community by monitoring user-generated content and ensuring that it complies with our community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on all platforms within the online community
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action when necessary
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with users to foster a positive and inclusive community environment
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify trends and potential issues within the community

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (native speakers preferred)
- Experience moderating an online community or managing social media accounts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a contract position based in Washington, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally able to work in the United States. This job offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, with the opportunity for growth within the company. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for those who require it.
