International Moderator



We are searching for a highly skilled International Moderator to join our team in Washington. As an International Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online discussions and forums in multiple languages. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions and forums in various languages, ensuring that all content posted meets company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or offensive content to the appropriate team member
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving user engagement and participation
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to moderation

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (additional language proficiency preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in online moderation or community management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a global team
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities and ability to navigate diverse perspectives
