Executive Chef


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Multan. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating exquisite dishes and possess the ability to lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the preparation of all menu items, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with management to create budget plans for ingredients and labor costs
- Conduct regular food tastings to ensure menu items meet standards of taste, presentation, and portion size

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment is required
- Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and plating presentations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, and ordering procedures
- High level of creativity with the ability to develop unique dishes that appeal to customers
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Multan. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Multan.
