Job Title: Sales Manager - Karachi, Pakistan



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will manage a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to develop effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to management on performance and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Willingness to travel for business purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with commission based on performance.
