Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee the design and construction of various building projects in Khanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects in the design and planning of building projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it aligns with the proposed design
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Review and approve design plans before they are presented to clients
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture
- Mentor and train junior architects to develop their skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving project goals

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
