Architecture Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in Khanpur. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of architectural design, including conceptualization, planning, and execution. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs are accurate and meet building codes
- Review project proposals and plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
