Project Manager


The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of projects in our company. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project management and a strong understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and track progress
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members to ensure alignment and address any issues or roadblocks
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget, and other key metrics for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering or computer science
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
