Industrial Alpinist


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and construction tasks in high altitude and hard-to-reach areas using specialized equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough safety checks before each job
- Setting up and maintaining anchor points and safety lines
- Using ropes, harnesses, and other equipment to access difficult areas
- Performing inspections, repairs, installations, and other industrial tasks at height
- Communicating effectively with team members on the ground
- Following all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Alpinist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Physical fitness and strength to perform tasks while suspended from ropes or harnesses
- Knowledge of various industrial tools and equipment used for maintenance and construction tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid work visa (if not a citizen of Portugal)
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. Salary may increase based on experience and performance.

Accommodation:
We do not provide accommodation for this position. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Faro.

Visa:
Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Portugal. The company will not provide visa sponsorship.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in the city.
