Online Tutor for English as a Second Language (ESL) - Bergen, Norway

Are you passionate about teaching and helping others improve their language skills? We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Online ESL Tutor to join our team in Bergen, Norway. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, providing them with personalized language instruction through our online platform.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online sessions with students to improve their English language proficiency
- Develop lesson plans and materials tailored to each student's individual needs and goals
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support
- Collaborate with other tutors and resources to continuously improve teaching methods
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in ESL education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching ESL to non-native speakers
- Native English speaker or near-native proficiency level
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles
- Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other aspects of the English language

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as a free visa and ticket for international candidates.
