Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

A reputable transport company based in Aarhus is looking for a dedicated and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across long distances. This is a physically demanding profession that requires excellent driving skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Transport goods over long distances while adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking fluids, tires, and brakes
- Ensure cargo is properly secured for transport
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers using electronic devices
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, mileage, and hours of service
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a long haul truck driver
- Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
- Ability to operate different types of trucks and navigate various road conditions
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Must have a biometric passport
- Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for experienced long haul truck drivers. We also provide opportunities for overtime pay.

Location:
This position is based in Aarhus. However, as a long haul truck driver, you will be required to travel across different states or even countries.
