Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel in Aarhus. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking, sales calls, and presentations. Your main goal will be to secure long-term contracts and partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Conduct sales calls, attend trade shows, and participate in networking events
- Create persuasive sales presentations to showcase the unique features of our hotel
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable agreements for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations for clients
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Aarhus' market trends and competitors is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This position is open to all genders.
