Job Title: Computer Support Specialist
As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network connectivity. You will also be responsible for documenting all support activities and providing timely updates to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Document all support activities in a clear and concise manner
- Keep up-to-date with new technology developments in order to provide the best solutions to our clients
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing high-quality service
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience with remote desktop applications is preferred
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month
