Computer Support Specialist

A growing tech company in Odense is seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to identify and resolve problems
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work full-time from our office in Odense. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month without accommodation.
