We are searching for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team at a bustling café in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in coffee preparation. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure that all orders are accurately taken, processed, and delivered in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the café including tables, counters, equipment, and utensils
- Process payments using cash or credit cards accurately
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1500/month

Location: Al-Rayyan
