Sales Manager - Ufa, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ufa, Egypt. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, coaching and mentoring them to achieve their individual goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. Fluent English is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, setting targets and providing guidance and support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
