Locksmith Technician



We are a leading locksmith company based in Bergen, seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair mechanical and electronic locks
- Create and duplicate keys using key cutting machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with malfunctioning locks and security systems
- Conduct security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Provide recommendations for improving security measures
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a locksmith or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of locks, keys, and security systems
- Ability to use key cutting machines and other locksmith tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical fitness as the job may involve lifting heavy objects or standing for long periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in locksmithing or related field
- Experience working with commercial clients or on large-scale projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to locks and security systems

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, commensurate with experience. We also provide opportunities for career growth within our company.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen, Norway. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Bergen.
