Architectural Designer


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Kolding. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for new construction projects, renovations, and additions. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically appealing designs that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and budget
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of designs
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the design is feasible and practical
- Make necessary changes or modifications to designs based on feedback from clients or colleagues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kolding (accommodation provided if needed)
