Moderator for Malayalees in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a Moderator for our growing Malayalee community in Ufa, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online forum and social media platforms for our Malayalee members. Your main objective will be to ensure a safe and respectful environment for discussions and interactions within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor all posts, comments, and discussions on our online platforms to ensure they adhere to our community guidelines
- Respond to any reported or flagged content promptly and appropriately
- Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner to encourage positive interactions
- Encourage members to follow the rules and guidelines of the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to address any issues or concerns within the community
- Stay up-to-date on current events and trends within the Malayalee community in Ufa

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Knowledge of current events and cultural trends within the Malayalee community in Ufa
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
1100$ per month

Location:
Ufa, Russia (no accommodation provided)

Visa & Ticket:

Working Hours:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
