Preservation Architect



A reputable architecture firm in Khanpur is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in historic preservation and restoration, with experience in both residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic structures and sites, including condition surveys, documentation, and research.
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for the conservation and reuse of historic buildings.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects meet preservation standards.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation work.
- Oversee construction and restoration work to ensure it adheres to preservation guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in historic preservation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Historic Preservation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in historic preservation projects.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural history.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position without accommodation. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
