IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, managing our network, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate protocols and procedures
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvement to senior management
- Create and maintain documentation for all IT processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership abilities
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary: $900 per month without accommodation.
