Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Braga. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and have strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in an administrative role is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
