Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Sharjah. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills in multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing broken appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC problems
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Working hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
