Concierge for Seasonal Employment in Shan



We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period in Shan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling room reservations, payments, and any other inquiries
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Arrange transportation services, including booking taxis or rental cars as requested by guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met during their stay
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Respond to any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Experience working in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Friendly personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

This is a seasonal job with a salary of $1200 per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
