Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance
- Collaborate with other teams to develop strategies and ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, provide feedback, and address any challenges
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
